huhhhhhhhhhhLOWWWWWWWWW!

Feeling in a good mood now. I went out with Dear on Monday when he just came back from fieldcamp. He was covered with all the sandfly bites and the sight really tore my heart. Anyway, he picked me up from work at 1215 and we went to the Coffee Club in hotel Rendenzvous for lunch. We ordered this chicken sandwich which was in the set lunch and we order another turkey sandwich ala carte. So, the guy came with 2 soup of the day and we thought that we can have both sandwiches as set lunch. We drank up our soup and the main course was served. The set lunch came with a coffee/tea so we told the waiter to serve our drinks after stuffing ourselves with the huge sandwiches. The waiter came with 1 coffee so I enquire about my tea. The manager came and told us that we only ordered one set lunch so there's only one drink for us. Puzzled, Andrew asked him why we were served TWO soups then. The guy only smiled in realisation and said something along the line that it was a mistake and the soup is on the house. Unbelievable, we actually got a soup for free. Haha!

Ahhhh....watched Troy after that. It's a great show. Enjoyable and all, given that it was a long show - 2hours40minutes. I was really swooned by the character Archilles played by Brad Pitt. He was like a charming rogue, full of himself but you still can't help feeling drawn to him. So suave and intelligent and brave....*sighsdreamily*

Ended our day with desserts from NYDC. You know what's the most guilty about eating? It's eating something fattening when you're already full. It's a sin. But I can't help myself when the coffee cheese cake accompanied by a choco coffee ice cream scoop stare back at you. I swear I thought heard them chant: "eat me, eat me, eat me..."

So I was bloated and exhausted when the day end. We were sleeping like 2 logs on the bus ride home. But we didn't care because we really enjoyed ourselves. But time is never on our side. Never enough.

-Is there no one else?-
