Good news! I got a call from Capitaland (Retail) and they got me a position at Tampines Mall's office. The HR lady from the main office is quite nice but the person from the TM office sounded like she really mean business. She kept droning on and on about the job not being glamorous and I should expect myself to get down and dirty and long working hours and weekends sacrificial and no matter how I said I'm not the pampered princess type, she was still unconvinced. Then she said I should expect no special treatment. I think she probably knew about my CEO connection and wanted to intimidate me in advance. Well, tomorrow I'm gonna show her I mean business too.

Yes I'll be starting work tomorrow. Yay! Just bought another top and 2 earrings today and I really really need some cash inflow. This job comes at a good time too because I sort of ran out of activities for Wednesday and Thursday. If only the call had come just one day earlier then I wouldn't have made the trip down to Aljunied for the Communic Exhibition interview today. Now I just need to find a nice way to turn down the exhibition job.

Finally, I can see my diving license, driving license, holiday to taiwan/australia and crazy splurging materializing. This holiday is looking better and better each day!
