I finally went to Vivocity!!


Supposed to be there on Monday but the boyfriend was more anxious to check out the Guess Sale so we ended up in town and catching Deja Vu. No complains thought coz it was a great show. I wouldn't expect anything less from Denzel Washington though. It is one of the favourite topics of mine and the boyfriend: time travel. I couldn't quite agree with some of the ways the past and future is linked in movie but decided to just take it at face value. It's much more enjoyable this way.


Anyway, before I headed to Vivo yesterday, we went to Chinatown for yong tau fu and went looking for my cheap elastic belts. Woohoo thanks to Tash's recommendation I got these:

should be wearing one of them later..


Anyway, Vivocity was beautiful. There were some shops that you can't find elsewhere in Singapore so it kinda gave me the feeling that I was in a foreign country, which was great! We didn't have time for proper shopping but there was this shop called Pull & Bear which has many preedy apparels and shoes to my liking.

Went to the Samsung shop and found my beloved cellphone

IN PALE GOLD!!! So nice right? Same colour as the heels I want to get from Guess!


and a super hot flip phone with diamante details that I want so badly!


We had our dinner there and bought some after dinner bites at FoodRepublic. Check out our sesame bao and tu tu kueh.



There was a small pet safari there and I fell in love with this really cute 3-mth old Corgi. Makes me want a Corgi so much more. Too bad I didn't take a pic of it but here's a similar looking one:



My fave part of the mall is this outdoor spot where you can sit down and view the beautiful view of Sentosa across the sea with the wind blowing gently on your face:



After a lil more exploration, we decided to head home as I was getting more and more sick by the minute. Took 10 home and slept through the ride. All in all it was a great day out despite a leaking nose and weak physique.
