COOK103: Intro to Baking


Today the BF and I finally caught up with our long overdue cooking sesh. After much insistence from the BF, I agreed to whip up my infamous shepherd's pie for him again.






We also tried Asparagus-Stuffed Portebello Mushrooms. It was yummy! Have a look..


The BF insist I give him credit for making it so here it is: he was the master chef for this dish. We let my bro and er-sao tried it and they said it's good enough for starting a restaurant hehe. Think we ought to find a way to improve the looks though.

I think I'm hooked on cooking. It gets easier each time. Experience teaches you which to cook first, which to chop first, how much to put and how long over the fire. So what do you guys think? Do I have the cut to be a top-notch chef? Heh tune in to the next cooking sesh then. Hopefully it'll be pretty soon.
