I am sick... having a terrible runny nose since yesterday..
I think it's the flu bug in the air. My brother is sick on Sunday (I think he pass the bug to me), Shawn is sick, and so is Felicia, my colleage sitting in front of me (can hear her sneezing away just now..think I pass the bug to her).
Yesterday my sup gave me a pair of movie pass to watch Garfield 2. Dammit! She's 2 days late! Wanted to tell her that but decided against it. Don't want to sound like an ingrate. After all, I'm still counting on her to give me more free tickets. In the end, I came home after work and saw my bro and his gf watching soccer and gave my tickets to them.
Work is much more slack now.. Doing boring stuff like RSVP for next week's seminar and reading mags. Haha yes I get paid to read mags! Actually I'm supposed to check out ads related to Tampines Mall, Capitaland, Competitors and Tenants so ya it's kinda boring...and I often find myself reading the interesting articles instead. Hence, you find that I actually have time to blog this boring post..
Anyway, been thinking about something for quite a while but never really had time or bothered to pen this down. I remember Andrew told me after his backpacking trip that he saw something in BKK and wanted to get it but in the end he didn't and kinda regretted it now. Thinking back, I too felt the same way about my BKK trip. There was so many things I wasn't sure if I should have gotten and when I return, I kinda regret not getting them. And that's kinda like life isn't it? Sometimes you don't get 2nd chances or if you do, you get it at a high price. What can you do about that? Nothing. Except make the best choice you can at that moment and try to be contented with whatever the outcome. Yes, that said, I am contented. Now.
On a lighter note, it's confirmed! Mango sale on the 22nd! Aileen your info is superbly reliable haha! I just saw them cordon off the area preparing for the sale when I walk past Isetan just now. WOOHOO!!! Time for some well-deserved spending!
