Marina Square X 3

So darn tired.. so much work to do yet here I am blogging away because my brain ain't really functioning well enough to do my work properly. But my exhaustion is all for good reason I guess. Afterall, I did meet my lovely les partners of almost 10years (yes anniversary coming!) on Friday night. We did a bit of shopping, dinner at Spaggedies and photowhored away!




Then Sat I met Zhenjie...quite late coz I had work and errands to run before that. But still it was good to see him, since he couldn't meet us on Friday and let us order him around. On the train, we met Sandeep and it turns out he's ZJ's p sch friend. So when you think about it, it's kinda a circular relationship between us - friends from pri (Sandeep & ZJ), sec (ZJ & me), jc, (me & Sandeep). We had some late dinner/supper at the MS foodcourt overlooking esplanade..Then later on decided to check out Baybeats at Esplanade. The whole place was so freaking crowded with Mats and Minas and I really felt old there. Caught a bit of action at The Arena..these brits (sounds like brits) performing and I kinda like the lead singer. Looks pretty good from a great deal of distance haha. Took 10 home and lost a bet while looking for the bus-stop. Though I'll just pretend it never happened..right ZJ?


Sun was supposed to wake up at 7.30am and then give The Piggy (shawn) a call but it turns out I was the pig that day because I end up being the one GIVEN the call at 8.15am. But we still made it in time for the Delifrance breakfast and Pirates of the Caribbean at noon..Speaking of which, that was ONE HELL OF AN AWESOME MOVIE! Yep I really like it..as much as I like the first..both of us were laughing like mad hyenas at the part with the tribal people...my stomach muscles haven't hurt like that for a long time. Then somehow we ended up shopping again (or rather me shopped) and bought another racerback from Topshop. Yes in order to find my size, we actually hit 3 Topshops - Wisma, Shaw-Isetan, MS (hence the title). And then we went to Esplanade library to try to find my Anais Nin book but it was a futile attempt. But it wasn't a futile trip because I introduced the wonder of the Esplanade rooftop to Mr Suaku Shawn. Can u believe that guy had never been up there before? *gasp!

Okay that sums up my weekend. Looking forward to the upcoming!
