Week of Suffering

I fell sick since monday morning but went to work anyways. Sometimes I fell like such a loser, falling sick at the slightest sign of fatigue. And before I could recover from one, I had to cut my finger with a pen knife only just yesterday. Nearly slice off an entire flesh. Thank goodness the blade went sideways instead of straight in. Anyway I rinse it under water but it wouldn't stop bleeding so I pressed down on it hard with tissue while my colleague rushed to get the first aid kit. For a moment I actually imagined myself with a stump for my index finger and almost freaked out haha. Lucky all's well now.
