Happy 1st Anniversary my dear!

Yep time really flies. It had been a smooth sailing year for our relationship. Each day spent together is a happy day. There were few harmless bickering, but never anything that could damage our good feelings. If people think one year is too long for honeymoon period, I would like to try 2 years. But that's for another time. For now, we celebrate this special day like every normal couple.

After much mishap (which the bf does not want me reveal here..but which is definitely caused by him), we finally arrived at Sun with Moon. Initially, I wanted to go easy on the BF's wallet because he just came back from Japan with his wallet burnt. But we ended up in an ordering frenzy.

Ebi & Negi Okonomiyaki

This is the japanese version of pancake with prawn filling.

Gyu Baraniku Miso Stew

This was my fave of the night. You cannot believe how many large piece of beef there are in this stew. There were not only many, but very sinful as well. The fats and meat literally melt in your mouth.

Unagi & Asari Kamameshi (left) and Pork Karubi Kamameshi (Right)
These came 3rd and frankly speaking, after the beef stew, neither of us had much tummy space left. But still we ploughed through these not too bad japanese claypot rice. One was eel and clams, the other was salty pork which was too salty for my liking.

But no food is too much for greedy lil pigs like me. Look!

And what is a celebration without dessert?

Tofu Cheesecake in a cage, yum yum!

Finally, a stuffed but very happy us :)
